At MYECOVEL, we strive to provide excellent travel services and customer satisfaction. We understand that circumstances may require you to change or cancel your travel plans. However, the remedy of any change whether cancelation, refund, or rescheduling, etc. can vary with Time, Airline Companies, Hotels, and the nature of changes. You may not expect instant remedy if such cases so arise. This Return and Refund Policy outlines our procedures for handling cancellations and refunds.

 

Refund, Change, And Cancellation Policy

Payment, Refund, Change, and cancellation policy depends on airline individual policy which is a part of our services. If you buy your ticket from the website, the relevant conditions will be printed on your ticket, otherwise, you need to get detailed information/conditions from your ticket issuing office at the time of ticket purchase/issuance. The conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice. We will follow supplier’s (Airline/ Hotel/ Others) policy for cancellation/ reissue/ refund.

 

CHANGES TO FLIGHTS ALREADY PURCHASED

Any and all changes made to the itinerary are restricted and are subject to airline fare rules, whichever is more restrictive; most of our tickets, hotels, cars, packages, and cruises do not allow any date or name changes after the booking is completed. We do not guarantee, and shall not be responsible for, any bookings or reservations made or confirmed to you in the event that the original itinerary has been changed by the supplier pursuant to the customer’s request or supplier’s schedule changes.

 

If you need to change your travel plans, please contact our customer support team. Changes may be subject to availability and additional fees. Change fees may apply, depending on the service provider and the nature of the change you want.

 

CANCEL AND EXCHANGE

Usually, the credit issued by the airline supplier has a specific expiration date, after which it cannot be used. We encourage you to discuss additional restrictions attached to your credit with a customer service agent. All such bookings where the cancellation may be permitted must be cancelled prior to the scheduled departure time of the first flight segment by calling our customer service centre. When you are ready to make your new booking and wish to use your airline credit, you will be required to pay fare difference (if any), applicable airline penalties, and any applicable fees. All such changes are governed by each airline’s fare rules, policies, and procedures, which are not under our control.

 

To cancel a booking, you must contact our customer support team as soon as possible, providing your booking details and reasons for cancellation. Cancellation policies vary from airline to airline or hotel to hotel, and fees may apply. You are responsible for any cancellation fees imposed by the service providers.

 

Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of the service provider (airlines and Hotels) and our agency. Not all bookings are refundable. Refund processing times may vary depending on the service provider and payment method used. It may take several business days to process refunds. The refund amount will be determined by the service provider's cancellation policy, any applicable fees, and our agency's cancellation fees. If you fail to show up for a booked service without prior notice, you may not be eligible for a refund.

 

As per our policy customers will be get refund the amount within 5-7 working days for Hotel, Tour & Visa service. For the air ticketing refund will be processed by the airlines policy if we get refund from airlines customers will get refund within 7-10 working days.

 

Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or political unrest, MYECOVEL reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel bookings. We will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative options or refunds in such cases.

 

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Return and Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the land. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangladesh.

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return and Refund Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, you should not use our services.
